- Food Vendors should have the appropriate permits to serve food at the event. Go to http://kanehealth.com/fees_permits.htm for more information. Copies of food permit MUST be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Batavia MainStreet prior to the event.
- Please refrain from the use of polystyrene or other non-recyclable materials for serving food.
- While we will not ban the sale of bottled water, we do not Food vendors to actively promote it. The Batavia Environmental Commission will be providing coolers of water for attendees during the event.
- If you need a larger than 10 foot space or need any special setup you need to include that in your registration.
- You need to provide the Green Fair on the Fox Committee with your menu and food prices by Friday, July 22, 2016. This information will be included in the program. We will also handout to vendors so they can order food from you during the event.
- Please refer to Exhibitor Agreement for all items not relating to food service.
- Registration for Green Fair on the Fox is considered consent to comply with the Food Vendor and Exhibitor Agreement.
